  • Thats perfect! Our program is designed to hit the areas that schools don’t have time for or simply miss. the work we do at Peak will elevate the work they’re doing at school.

  • We operate on a monthly auto-renew membership model. It is $150 per month for unlimited sessions.

  • If your athlete is injured our coaches have the knowledge to work around the injured area so they don’t have to completely sit out.
    If your athlete is returning from an injury we are the perfect bridge from PT to competition.

  • We recommend 3x a week on a consistent basis to see the best results. If they are in season at school 2x per week. If they are in off season we suggest 3x-4x per week.

  • We suggest everyone attends 2 sessions before they decide to sign up. We want it to be a fit for you fully. So come try a class.

  • We offer both group and individual training sessions. Our membership plan is for the group classes. You can schedule individual sessions with a coach anytime.
